We use the customer service tool Zendesk from Zendesk Inc., 989 Market Street #300, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA, to efficiently handle your queries via our contact form, our chat (“Talk to a human”), and the FAQ page.

Zendesk acts as our processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. The processing of data generally occurs on servers within the European Union. However, data transfer to third countries – especially the USA – cannot be completely excluded, such as during maintenance or support by the provider.
